So many things's happened to me for past few days that I didn't have enough time to update my blog. One thing that changed my life more busy was to join two study groups.

One study group already got started last week and it's to practice interview which is one of the steps to pass in oder to get a job. You may think why practicing interview is necessary though Korean is going to be used when there is an interview. I would say interview is not that easy as you may think. More than 100people are planed to have interview and so interviewers are sick and tired of giving same question to us. In this case, It's really important for me to stress the way to make speech and then I will be noticeable. There are more things I prepare for with my study members. They are to improve my debating, negotiation skills. Getting a job, in my interesting field isn't easy.

The other study group which will get started from next week is about TOEIC which has been bothering me more than past 4years. It's English test, composed with four parts of listening and three parts of reading comprehension. The last part which is called part 7, that tests how fast and correct people can read English has to be improved to score higher than my current marks and so I study part 7 with my group members.

What I leaned from my friend's bad news was that life doesn't always go same way. Thing's changed no matter how we try to keep it. as my friend, Andy said, Sometimes, life gives us bad things, to remind us to enjoy the good things... because no matter how hard we try, things always change, and eventually the good things will stop.

to answer your question,, I think I should know how long you have work out and,, how your shape is like.

twice a week, i work on my biceps and triceps but i do now work on both part a day,, mon, wed is for biceps and,, tue and thir is for the rest.

Thanks for the reply. I have been lifting weights for over 15 years, on and off. I love lifting weights, but recently, I haven't been lifting weights for a while.

I work out my bicepts and tricepts at the same time, so I have this deceptive size on my arms that look slender but have considerable amount of power, so I surprise people at the gym, because I am so thin but lift so much weight.

I am thin with minimal mass, but with good speed and deceptive power.

I have accumulated stomach fat over the last eight months. I think I've been drinking too much beer. :)

15years wow,, that's damn long period...

it's good for you to make a strong power when you work out which means you know how to use ur muscles that you need in order to handle heavy weight.

when it comes to abs.. well,, it has been hard for me to make line and i'm still working on it.

beer onece a week is ok i think..i actually don't drink a lot.. i drink,, 2 or 3 times a month and,, it's just little.
